About Us

AdvantageCare Physicians is one of the largest primary and specialty care practices, serving more than a half of million patients throughout five of the New York boroughs including Long Island. With 40 combined medical offices and 10 specialties, our patients receive coordinated care from our clinical teams across the organization.  We offer easy access and a wide range of services to meet the medical and social needs of our patients from preventive and wellness care programs, to our specialty and advanced care services, such as Behavioral Health, Nutrition, Cardiology with Echocardiography and Nuclear Stress Testing services to Gastroenterology with highly developed Endoscopy Suites, Hematology/Oncology with dedicated Infusion Suites. Additional services include, Ophthalmology and Optometry care, Endocrinology, Podiatry, Rheumatology, laboratory and radiology services.
