CGH Medical Center

CGH is a progressive acute care facility located in Northern Illinois. We have over 1,300 employees, 115 physicians on our medical staff with 86 physicians and non-physician practitioners employed. The CGH service area included 105,000, with our primary service area of 59,000 from eastern Whiteside County.

We have 12 outpatient clinics all within a 25 mile radius of the hospital. The CGH Main Clinic building offers multiple specialites and is conviently connected to the hospital.

Our community is made up of approximately 30,000. We are about two hours from downtown Chicago and a little over an hour to the Western suburbs. Peoria, Rockford and the Quad Cities are about an hour away. We have wonderful schools (public and private), as well as an outstanding parks and recreational activities.
