Mid-Atlantic Medicine

Mid-Atlantic Neurology Consutants exists to provide advanced, customized and superior care to patients with neurological disorders including, but not limited to, stroke, seizures, migraines, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies and dementia. Our mission also includes early detection of neurological diseases and the management of risk factors for the development of these conditions.

Our founding provider, Dr. Milan Sanghavi, has completed extensive and updated training in Neurology, Neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine and is Board Certified in all three areas. Drs. Rashida Stevenson and Jo-Hsin Chen were added to the Mid-Atlantic family in September 2012. They are both Board Certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology and with their unique skill sets and expertise allows us to be a comprehensive neurological center.

Mid-Atlantic Medicine is our Internal Medicine division, led by Dr. Sherry Sood.  Dr. Sood is Board Certified in Internal Medicine as well as completed a fellowship in Occupational Medicine from Johns Hopkins University.
