Pacific Inpatient Medical Group (PIMG) is one of the oldest Hospitalist groups in the country, dating back to 1994, when our founder, Dr. Masa Yukimoto, started a solo practice at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Since those humble origins, we have grown to employ over 75 physicians working in 5 hospitals and 4 skilled nursing facilities in the Bay Area. We are dedicated to fostering long-term, trusted relationships with primary care providers and specialists in our communities. We work to continuously improve our performance in order to deliver exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to our referring physicians. Above all, we believe our patients are best served by developing a strong physician-patient partnership and promoting collegiality and teamwork among our physicians.
