Wander Staffing is an SDVOSB and 8(a) company founded in 2018 that specializes in providing top tier healthcare solutions to the U.S. Government and private institutions.

Founded by a retired Army Officer (from infantry Medic, to Nurse, to Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist), we have the comprehensive background, knowledge base, past performance, and demonstrated consistent track record of delivering exceptional medical staffing solutions to the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service, Department of the Treasury, U.S. Special Operations Command, and various private outpatient facilities.

Wander Staffing is a valued subcontractor on both DHA’s MQS-2 Contract # HT001524D9005, valued at up to $43 billion, and the VHA’s Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP), a 10-year contract valued at up to $23 billion. Through these contracts, we recruit, qualify, place, manage, and maintain staff to support direct patient care and health activities across DHA hospitals, clinics, and VHA facilities in the U.S. and its territories. Our work spans key labor segments, including Physician, Dental, Ancillary, Nursing, and Medical Support services.
