Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa - (SAMC-Nampa) is a 152 bed community medical center serving people throughout the greater Nampa, Idaho area. As a not-for-profit medical center, SAMC-Nampa reinvests its profits back into the community and works to improve the health and well-being of those we serve by emphasizing care that is patient-centered, innovative and community based. As an example of this reinvestment, SAMC-Nampa is developing the state of the art, $33.5 million Nampa Health Plaza along the I-84 corridor with a full service emergency room, the 20 bed Birkeland Maternity Center, cardiac care center, and ambulatory surgery.

Caldwell, Idaho (est. pop. 47,700) is a city in and the county seat of Canyon County in southwestern Idaho.
