AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a 60 acre campus which sits high on a hill in beautiful Polk County. From the windows, patients and team members alike can enjoy the beauty of hot air balloon flights, fireworks from local theme parks, and the natural beauty of the local orange groves. Residents of Polk County and surrounding communities have access to a world-class hospital with a compassionate medical team that is dedicated to your whole-person health. AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a 202-bed acute care facility that is a part of the AdventhHealth Care Network, which encompasses a full range of health care services for all ages. Our campus is home to robotic-assisted surgeries specializing in both MAKO and DaVinci robots, an NAPBC accredited breast care center, The Heart of Florida Baby Place, the Heart Success Center, and an MBSAQIP accredited Bariatric and Weight Loss Program. AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a five-star Healthgrades© recipient for Labor and Delivery for 7 years in a row (2015-2021) and a five-star recipient for performance in Gynecologic Procedures for 4 years in a row (2018-2021). Our campus will also see an ER expansion and facilities renovation in 2022.
