Aurora Psychiatric Hospital has been providing quality behavioral health care since 1884, and we are always seeking new opportunities to meet the ever-changing needs of the communities and patients we serve. Formerly known as Milwaukee Psychiatric Hospital, the hospital joined Aurora Health Care in 1993 and is now part of Aurora Behavioral Health Services.

The historic Dewey Center is located on the Aurora Psychiatric Hospital campus and provides a full continuum of care for adult substance abuse treatment including residential care, partial hospitalization as well as outpatient programming and support groups.
