The cities of Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear and Buckeye are executing plans for development, attracting jobs to the area plus shopping, dining and entertainment. Outdoor recreational opportunities are abundant: refreshing Lake Pleasant, several regional parks, hiking and biking trails, hot air balloons, and so much more. With excellent choices for education (pre-school to university), reasonably-priced housing, and lots of space, there is something in the West Valley for anyone at any age!
