Beauregard Health System is a 53-bed full-service acute care hospital that provides comprehensive health care services in both inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. Beauregard Health System currently has a medical staff of over 170 physicians, including the active medical staff, hospitalists, emergency department physicians, radiologists, pathologists and other specialty consultants.

DeRidder, LA is a small city in the parish seat of Beauregard Parish with a population around 11,000. DeRidder is proud of its rich heritage, family values, cultural and recreational endeavors. They are a designated Tree City, Playful City USA, Main Street Community, Keep Louisiana Beautiful Affiliate, and annual competitor in the Cleanest City Contest. DeRidder is located in northern Beauregard Parish, 48 miles north of Lake Charles and 73 miles southwest of Alexandria.
