Crusader Community Health

Crusader Community Health is a not-for-profit community health center that provides primary medical, dental and behavioral healthcare to more than 64,000 people in northern Illinois. Crusader is one of 1,200 Community Health Centers in the United States which serve almost 22 million patients.

We are growing our practice and expanding care, opening our sixth clinic in summer 2026. In our most recent Employee Satisfaction Survey, 88% of employees gave an overall satisfied or very satisfied rating when asked anonymously about working at Crusader.
