When I heard that some of our physicians commute by kayak and cross-country ski to our hospital and clinic, I knew this was something very unique and special! We are nestled in the heart of cottage country, just two hours from the GTA; a place of opportunity and a natural way of life. Haliburton County is known for its breathtaking scenery, wildlife, hundreds of lakes at every turn, vibrant art and music culture and outdoor adventure. We are a great family community with quality education and a wide array of extra-curricular groups, sports, clubs and churches that contribute to the welcoming and friendly environment for families of all ages. We are part of Trillium Lakelands School Board with three of our schools conveniently located across the road from our clinic and hospital!
