Inova Loudoun Hospital is a 155-bed, full service community hospital, providing quality health care to Loudoun County residents since 1912.
Located at Lansdowne, just east of Leesburg, Inova Loudoun Hospital offers comprehensive medical, surgical and pediatric care services in 74 specialties designed to meet the diverse and growing needs of Loudoun County residents.
The hospital will be adding 28 beds by the end of the year.
Loudoun has PACS, eICU on 11 beds and Horizon Patient Folder (EMR) online.
Specialties include cardiac, diagnostic, emergency, psychiatric, rehabilitation, ICU and lab.
The hospital also has a number of dedicated programs, including The Birthing Inn, Radiation Oncology Center, Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a downtown Leesburg Emergency Department and Loudoun Adult Medical Psychiatric Services.
In addition, there are two outpatient surgery centers, and the Inova Medical Center - Dulles South opens June 2007 (radiology, urgent care and physical therapy with physician services).
Other centers in Pucellville, Lovettsville and Middleburg are slated to open in 2008.
Loudoun achieved Magnet status in 2006.
Only two percent of hospitals nationwide receive this designation.
