MemorialCare Medical Group is a physician-based organization that includes more than 95 physicians in the areas of internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatric medicine, pulmonology, gastroenterology, neurology, physiatry, sleep medicine and acupuncture.

MemorialCare Medical Group partners with MemorialCare Health System as a not-for-profit medical management organization which contracts with physician groups to offer patients comprehensive medical care, also known as a medical foundation. MemorialCare Medical Group provides medical services exclusively for MemorialCare Medical Foundation.

MemorialCare Health System is a not-for-profit integrated delivery system which includes six top hospitals – retail clinics; and numerous outpatient health centers throughout the Southland.
