NGMC’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) program is designed to train residents to be leaders in the medical field as well as in the community. All NGMC residents will receive education beyond the six ACGME core competencies with a unique focus on the patient experience and methodologies of a High-Reliability Organization and Lean principles. Graduates of NGMC’s GME programs will be the next physician leaders who see challenges as opportunities and seek ways to improve their skills and further the field of medicine into the future!
