Laurel Health Centers have been providing high-quality, patient-focused care in north central PA for nearly 50 years. We are committed to serving all patients, regardless of their ability to pay, and offer a sliding fee scale to ensure everyone receives the care they need. Laurel Health takes a team-based approach to health and wellness, caring for patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs. We offer a full complement of services in 13 locations across Tioga and Bradford Counties, including primary care, pediatrics, dental services, behavioral health, chiropractic care, nutrition, sports medicine, specialty services, and school-based care.
