Jennings is an historic small town in the middle of Cajun country where folks relish Cajun cooking and outdoor adventures. Duck hunting, fishing, crabbing and birding are prevalent throughout Jefferson Davis Parish, including at the Lacassine National Wildlife Refuge and The Rockefeller State Wildlife Preserve, both part of the Creole Nature Trail and All American Road that winds around the coast and prairie.
