Decades of experience managing “risk” puts Reliant far ahead of the curve when it comes to meeting contemporary healthcare demands. While other groups in Massachusetts and beyond are just starting to build systems that respond to evolving payment models and population health needs, we are refining ours.

By 2019, many of our medical offices will have relocated to new, modern buildings. This is causing a lot of excitement among our providers and staff. As excited as we are to move into new buildings, we are most enthusiastic about bringing into these new facilities more efficient processes and procedures that will enhance the way we deliver care to our patients.

ABOUT US

Founded in 1929 by Dr. John Fallon, Reliant Medical Group was the first group medical practice established in Central Massachusetts. Known initially as Fallon Clinic, the name of the organization was changed to Reliant Medical Group in October, 2011. In 2015, Reliant Medical Group merged with Southboro Medical Group – a union that has created the largest independent medical group in Central and Metrowest Massachusetts. We are a non-profit, 501c(3) organization.

Reliant Medical Group offers a full range of primary care and over 30 different specialties from podiatry to vascular surgery. With 25 locations in Central Massachusetts and Metrowest, chances are there is a site close to where you live or work.

In addition to primary and specialty care for children and adults, we also provide an array of convenient ancillary services including comprehensive radiology services, eye services, same-day medical care for urgent needs, diabetic and nutritional counseling, and much more. We accept most insurance plans.
