About the Clinic:

Toppenish is where Yakima Valley Farm Workers started over 30 years ago. The Toppenish Clinic is the organization's flagship clinic which medical departments include Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Located in the clinic are lab, Radiology, integrated Behavioral Health Services, Dietician, pharmacy, and Dental. The Clinic hosts residencies both in their Dental and Pediatric practices. As one of two sites leading Patient Centered Health Home for the organization, the Toppenish Clinic is full of opportunity and innovation as we take patient care to a new level and redesign the way the organization will deliver care in the future. There are multiple integrated approaches that are being taken as the Toppenish Medical Campus we have Community Health Services, Women, Infant, and Children (WIC), and Behavioral Health Services.

Just down the road, the organization manages an After School Program as well as the Northwest Community Action Center which helps provide services from job search and experience to home weatherization and everything in between.

Toppenish Community Hospital is just a few blocks away, and can be reached with an easy walk through the local park from the clinic. Two larger hospitals exist in Yakima and are within one-half hour of Toppenish.
