UW Health Beaver Dam is a Regional Clinic with the UW Department of Family Medicine and Community Health.  The UW Department of Family Medicine and Community Health has been around since 1970 and focuses on advancing health and well-being by caring, teaching, discovering, leading, and connecting. The department employs 900+ employees, with 165+ being faculty members.
