**Position with WOMEN’S HEALTH SERVICES OF CENTRAL VIRGINIA**

Join our 11-physician OB/GYN practice in Central Virginia, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our 12 hour call schedule is very conducive to a balanced life. Student loan repayment is available.

We practice out of an office and deliver at only one hospital. Our physician-owned office building has on-site ultrasound, lab and mammogram services. We perform ambulatory procedures such as endometrial ablation and hysteroscopic sterilization in our office. While at out hospital, we are supported by 24/7 in-house anesthesia and neonatology services. We have a level III NICU. Our operating rooms are state-of-the-art, including a Da Vinci robot. Our colleagues in pulmonary and cardiology provide superior ICU coverage GYN oncologists from University of Virginia consult and operate with us one day a week.

Our practice serves Lynchburg and its surrounding area with a population of close to 200,000. Lynchburg is a historic city with many outdoor opportunities in the nearby Blue Ridge Mountains. Hiking, biking, fishing and enjoying the mountain streams are but a few of the activities available. Smith Mountain Lake is less than one hour away with sailing, power boating and waterskiing.

Lynchburg is 2 hours west of Richmond, VA, 3 hours south of Washington DC and 2 hours north of Greensboro, NC.
