The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists is responsible for personal competencies in accordance with the established policies and procedures when administering various types of anesthesia to patients during surgical and other medical procedures, with personal attention to accuracy and detail as applied to all age groups.

Providing anesthesia as part of a multi facility anesthesia care team in a Level I Trauma Center with many specialties. This position requires providing services to adolescents to the frail elderly in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Cases include general surgeries, C-sections, GYN, ENT, vascular, Dentistry, Urology, GI, and orthopedics. No Hearts. Options for heads, and transplants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Nurse Anesthesia Preferred
• Completion of Accredited Professional Nursing Curriculum as well as completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Current active/re-certified member of American Association of Nurse Anesthetists in good Standing
• Current ACLS/PALS required
• CRNA with 1 year of experienced preferred
