Position & Benefits:

• Employment: Full-time, hospital employed.

• Compensation: Competitive package with Excellent base salary + wRVU quarterly compensation + Annual Quality Incentive Bonus (an additional 5% of base salary) + Medical Director stipend.

• Time Off: 35 Days Paid Time Off + 6 Paid Holidays annually.

• CME & Professional Development: Up to $5,000 in reimbursement expense for CME + up to $2,500 in reimbursement expenses for professional fees.

Requirements:

• MD with specialization in Pediatrics or Pediatric subspecialty.
  
• Board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric subspecialty.
  
• Preferred experience in a medical director or similar leadership role with clinical practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
