What You Will Need
- Board eligible or board certified in Gastroenterology by time of employment
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and residency program
- Fellowship in Gastroenterology
- Therapeutic Endoscopist and ability to interpret Esophageal manometry test preferred
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
