What You Will Need

• Board eligible or board certified in Gastroenterology by time of employment
• Graduate of an accredited medical school and residency program
• Fellowship in Gastroenterology
• Therapeutic Endoscopist and ability to interpret Esophageal manometry test preferred
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
