Job Description

The University of Rochester affiliate hospital network is recruiting Certified Nurse-Midwives  to join our established OB/GYN practices. We have opportunities w/ our affiliate hospitals, Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, and Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville.

CNMs practice alongside OB/GYN physician and APP colleagues, spending time both in the outpatient setting seeing Women's Health patients in the clinic, as well as participating in call coverage for L&D at the community hospital. CNMs take primary call for L&D and physicians are available for surgical backup. CNMs also perform women's health outpatient procedures such as routine GYN care/pap smears, IUD placement/removal, and circumcisions in the hospital for newborns.

Qualified candidates will hold Board-Certification or Board-Eligibility as a Certified Nurse-Midwife and have/be eligible for active NY medical license. New or recent graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
