Avera Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to practice in Sioux Falls, SD.

• Seeking a Physician for full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient, rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, spine care, EMG, and US guided injections.
• Clinic is housed in Plaza 2 on the Avera McKennan Hospital campus in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
• Inpatient Rehab unit is a 24 bed CARF Accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Work in a system with a Spine Navigator, specialized nursing support, and established working relationships already in place with multidisciplinary teams. 
• Our current physician group is made up of five physicians and three APPs.
• Call is shared proportionality and taken 1 week at a time.
