Family Medicine Physician Job at Aunt Martha's Health Network in Olympia Fields, IL

The Opportunity

Seeking a full-time Family Medicine physicians to be part of Aunt Martha s Health & Wellness well-established clinics in Illinois. You will be part of a tight-knit community that currently has a strong demand for primary care services.

This is a largely autonomous role where you will have a voice in your schedule as well as which procedures you offer. You will be providing outpatient services as part of a team-based model which provides a medical assistant to each physician.

• Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility, one Saturday/month (half-day)
• Well established patient panel already in place

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
