Type of Clinic: Outpatient Community Health Center / Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Position Status: Flexible - Part-Time or Full-Time
West Salem Health Clinic & QuickCare Clinic Hours:
Monday – Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*
Saturday | 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Sign-on Bonus: $21,000 (Internal candidates that are currently employed here at NWHS are not eligible for a sign-on bonus.)
Referral Bonus: $5,000 (Referral bonus’ expire at the close of this job posting.)
Provider compensation at NWHS works on a salary basis.
The base salary for a Physician MD/DO, ranges from $212,888 to $266,163, and up to $319,384. Salary is DOE.

As part of the primary care treatment team, you will provide care coordination by working alongside our Community Health Workers, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Mental Health Case Managers, Counselors, Psychiatrists, Psych NPs, and other team members to support continuity of care for patients with complex needs. Our integrated care model means our medical and behavioral health clinicians together help patients and their families address medical conditions and behavioral health factors that affect their health and well-being.
