Position Highlights:

• Employment: Hospital-employed, full-time position.
• Team Environment: Collaborative GME team of providers, coordinators, family medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff.
• Technology: Utilize the EPIC EMR system.
• Compensation: Attractive package + wRVU production and eligibility for an annual quality bonus (5% of base salary).

About Our Family Medicine Residency Program:

• Accreditation: Our 3-year program has achieved the highest level of accreditation from ACGME.
• Residents: Currently hosting 27 residents, with plans to expand to 36.
• Sports Medicine Fellowship: Began in July 2020, with the third fellow graduating in June.
• New Psychiatry Residency: Starting in July 2024 with four residents.
• Academic Support: Affiliated with University of Arizona College of Medicine, Midwestern University, and Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Fully engaged as a clinical partner in the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
