The Practice You've Trained For

· Full spectrum General Surgery with diverse case mix

· Endoscopy skills put to regular use (40% of practice)

· Level III Trauma Center experience with manageable volume but meaningful acuity

· Balanced surgical schedule: approximately 20 major and 42 minor procedures monthly

· Average daily patient volume of 14, allowing for quality patient interactions
