Job Description:

Providers practice within the attached Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital which includes diagnostic imaging including CT. A full-service laboratory and rehab department with PT, and Speech Therapy. Emergency Department on-call is rotated and all call is secondary to an APP. We have an attached Specialty Physician Clinic that offers Cardiology, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, and Pain Management. Currently, seven Specialist Physicians rotate through this clinic.

Our provider team consists of 2 family physicians (including this position), 1 nurse practitioner, 1 physician assistant, and several per diem APP’s. Pay: $190,000-$400,000
