About the UF Health Urgent Care Center - Eastside:
Nestled in the heart of East Gainesville, our 10,000-square-foot facility is designed to foster a healing environment equipped with cutting-edge medical technology. The center's design embodies a patient-centric approach, offering a range of medical services to address urgent healthcare needs, equipped with imaging and laboratory services. Operating seven days a week, we prioritize accessibility, welcoming walk-in patients, and catering to an anticipated volume of 12,000 to 15,000 patients in our inaugural year. The City of Gainesville and Alachua County are reinvesting in East Gainesville to provide vital medical, dental, and mental health services. The East Gainesville Urgent Care Center is expected to reduce avoidable hospital admissions through primary care visits.

Minimum Requirements:
M.D. or D.O. degree or equivalent, Board Certification or Family Medicine eligibility, and EHR system experience.
