Job Description

Gould Medical Group is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Radiologist to join our established and collegial radiology team in Modesto, California.

Gould Medical Group is a growing, 450+ clinician multi-specialty group located one to two hours east of the Bay Area. Our communities offer quick access to hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

 

Position Details:

  1. Year one base compensation: $600,000
  2. Substantial income growth possible with internal moonlighting
  3. Sign-on bonus
  4. Residency stipend available
  5. General Radiology (Breast Imaging optional)
  6. 16 weeks off per year
  7. 40% of shifts can be completed remotely
  8. Time-based work distribution model (instead of pure RVU-based)
  9. Built-in referral base and consistent imaging volume encourages equity, teamwork, and overall satisfaction
  10. Stimulating and supportive work environment
  11. 18 Department members (many of whom are fellowship trained)
  12. Call is shared equally
  13. Fully integrated with EPIC and advanced imaging platforms
