Otolaryngologist Job at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL

Our ENT group includes 3 physicians and 2 APPs. One physician specializes in laryngology. This specialty is always in high patient demand and the position has historically earned well over the median for efficient physicians.   

Highlights include:

• $625,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• $75,000 Sign-on bonus
• $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
  
• Quality bonus - eligible upon meeting base salary guarantee
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
