As part of our dedicated team, you will play a critical role in promoting adaptive recoveries from addictions and substance abuse, managing and providing Medication Assisted Treatment in both Intensive Outpatient and Residential Substance Rehab programs. Your diverse responsibilities will include performing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, delivering a full range of therapeutic interventions, and ensuring that your practice adheres to the highest standards and guidelines. As a mental health team leader, you will coordinate and triage specialty clinic referrals, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, and lead team meetings and treatment planning conferences to enhance patient care. Additionally, your role will involve ordering diagnostic tests, making informed treatment decisions, and contributing to the supervision and teaching within our psychiatric residency program.

Highlights 

• Salary  to include annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
• Telework Available in conjunction with required in person duties
• Paid Time Off:  50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year /possible 5 day PTO for  CME).
• Retirement:  Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA.
