Practice Highlights

• Clinic Setting: Adult-only primary care clinics with a focus on geriatric patients (Medicare Advantage)
• Low Patient Volume: See fewer than 14 patients per day
• Robust Support:
• 5 support staff per provider
• Dedicated Medical Assistant for each physician
• Built-in administrative time
• Collaborative Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Teaching Opportunities: Available in select markets

Work-Life Balance

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• Minimal Call: Phone-only, shared with a large pod
