Cape Cod Healthcare is looking to expand our primary care division. We offer a hybrid model of clinic and hospital-based care as well as outpatient-only models of care. Choose the model and support staff that meet your compensation and work/life balance needs. 

POSITION DETAILS:

$250,000 ++ Base Salary 

$50,000 Sign On Bonus

$50,000 Loan Forgiveness

$3,000/month housing stipend for one year

Quality and productivity bonuses

8 Weeks PTO

4-day work week

CME Allocation

Relocation Assistance 

2 million/6 million Malpractice Coverage

ACP triaged call center with call 1:30 and 2 weekends per year
