  Exciting Opportunity for a Psychiatrist to build his/her practice near Chicago!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent care? Join our esteemed team at Crystal Lake Clinic Behavioral Health and play a key role in providing exceptional care and medication management for young participants in our innovative programs.

Responsibilities:

As the Psychiatrist for our specialized child and teen/adult programs, you will be the cornerstone of overall care and medication management. Your daily tasks will include conducting Psychiatric History and Physical assessments, certifying appropriate levels of care through individualized assessments for each child, performing 2–3 intakes per day, and ensuring consistent monitoring and follow-up within the program.

Programs You'll Oversee: You can choose from Adult /Child outpatient roles. 

Child And Adolescent Program 

  Level 1:

For children aged 6-11 and adolescents aged 12-17

An intensive 12-24-week-day treatment program offering individualized treatment with a higher level of service than outpatient visits.

2. Level 2: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient (AIOP) ages 14-17

Youth Intensive Outpatient (YIOP) ages 10-13

Child Intensive Outpatient (CIOP) ages 5-9

An eight-week step-down program for those completing day treatment or requiring a less intensive service level.

3. Level 3: Extended Care (EC)

Adolescent Extended Care (AEC) ages 14-17

Youth Extended Care (YES) ages 10-13

Child Extended Care (CEC) ages 5-9

A four-week maintenance program for those completing more intensive programs or not requiring the intensity of day treatment or IOP levels of care.

You can also choose the Adult option as this is a new program, and we will add more providers.
