Deaconess Comprehensive Pain Center is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Medicine physician to join our growing healthcare system. As a member of the Pain Service Line, you will provide comprehensive outpatient pain management services through a combination of clinic consultations and interventional procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical & Procedural Pain Management: Deliver both medical and procedural pain management services in an outpatient setting, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to create effective pain management treatment plans and ensure continuity of care across multiple clinic locations.
• Comprehensive Pain Program: Participate in a multi-disciplinary pain management program that includes a pharmacist-led Medication Therapy Management (MTM) clinic, behavioral health services, and physical medicine offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Required: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pain Management.
• Proven experience in delivering both clinical and procedural pain management services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with APPs and interdisciplinary teams in a growing healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with the Epic EMR system (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach to care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Competitive guaranteed annual salary of $550,000 for the first 12 months, with potential for growth based on performance.
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000.
