Midstate Gastroenterology is in search of a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to expand services in the Murfreesboro, TN community, located just 34 miles southeast of Nashville, TN. We offer patient-focused care and a full range of digestive services in our clinic and surgical center. 

MID-STATE OFFER:

            Access to four gastroenterology clinics

            Comprehensive ancillary services and ownership paths via: ASC/Endoscopy, Infusion, Pathology/Lab, Research, In-Office dispensary, paid hospital call, and paid outreach agreements

            Physician partnership tract with GLG and ownership in parent company, OneGI

            GIFTED Private Equity shares of OneGI (no upfront money required from physician)

GROUP OVERVIEW:

            2 Providers, 1 MD, 1 NP

            Located in Murfreesboro, TN (Nashville, TN Suburb)

            ASC ownership, joint venture with USPI and OneGI, 1 present endoscopy suite, with ability for two with additional partner

            Approximately 15 patients a day in ASC and up to 18 procedures with 22 avg per day in clinic

            Extended partnership with over 150 collegial, skilled, and enthusiastic physicians through OneGI

Our providers, one physician and two nurse practitioners, consider the whole patient when making diagnostic and treatment recommendations.
