Duke Primary Care is opening a new state-of-the-art practice in Apex, NC Fall, 2024.  This innovative practice will offer an on-demand, team-based approach improving access to our patients while creating a more supportive, flexible work-life experience for our providers.

Our Care Delivery Model offers:

            100% Outpatient Experience

            Shared Patient Panel

            Flexible work hours, including Friday afternoons off

            In-basket management that is shared, reducing indirect work

            Dedicated team and staff delivering evidenced based care

Our Providers Appreciate:

            Full Time or Part-Time (.75 or higher)

            Guaranteed Base Salary

            Performance-Based Incentive Plan (Guaranteed in 1^st Year)

            CME $3,000 + 1 week paid

            403b Retirement Contribution (Up to 13.9%  employer-sponsored)

            Children's Tuition Benefit (Physician eligible)

            After-hours on-call coverage

            Malpractice/Tail Coverage Paid

            EPIC EMR

Position Requirements

            MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine & Pediatrics

            Comfortable with all ages (0 and up)
