Unity Health is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to provide physician leadership, direction and planning for medical staff related projects and activities. The CMO will provide guidance and encourage medical staff engagement in initiatives to ensure effective delivery of medical services, in compliance with regulatory entities. The CMO will work directly with the medical staff and senior leadership to carry out the organization's mission to improve the quality of health and well-being in the communities we serve through compassionate care. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with a current license to practice medicine.
• BC/BE in specialty of training.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing physician in a hospital setting.
• Utilization management experience or past physician advisor experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain an Arkansas medical license.
