Position Details:

• Full-time Nocturnist position

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care

• Work at Deaconess Midtown and Gateway campuses, with Henderson night call currently covered by a Day MD

• State-of-the-art facilities:

• Midtown: 50 ICU beds (average daily census: 25-35)

• Gateway: 37 ICU beds + 24 ICU beds in The Heart Hospital (average daily census: 25-35)

• Henderson: 12 ICU beds (average daily census: 5-7)

• Pediatric Intensivists cover PICU patients at Gateway

• 14-hour shifts (5 PM – 7 AM) in-house

• Minimum 132 shifts per year, with the option to pick up additional shifts

• Guaranteed first-year salary of $520K

• Sign-on bonus of $50K

• Hourly base rate with wRVU incentives
