PRACTICE SPECIFICS

            Join a department of 3 MDs and 1 Midwife

            1.0 FTE (36 patient contact hours)

• Hospital where the provider will work: Essentia Health St. Mary's Detroit Lakes
• Anticipated weekly work schedule at base location: M-F, with shared call
• Anticipated volume of office patients per day at base location: 16-30
• Anticipated volume of procedures per day at base location: 2-6
• Call description: weekdays and weekends: 1:4 share 24-hour call seven days/week

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE OB/GYN
• ACOG Certification preferred
