Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a passionate, board-certified Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic team as a Core Clinical Teaching Faculty member. This full-time role offers a rewarding blend of clinical care, resident education, and academic leadership within our long-standing, community-based residency program.

Our 11-11-11 Family Medicine Residency Program has proudly trained compassionate, competent physicians for over 50 years. With a strong emphasis on service, diversity, and excellence, we provide residents with a rich learning experience across both urban and rural settings in Florida’s capital city.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor residents in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Participate in curriculum development, didactics, and scholarly activities
• Share overnight call (phone only) with fellow faculty (10–12 total)
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
• Contribute to the continued growth of our academic footprint

🎓 Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Prior clinical teaching experience preferred
• OB coverage experience welcome, but not required for this role
