Manhattan Sites: The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a compassionate Family Medicine to join  Mount Sinai s Onsite Employer Health Center  in Midtown West Manhattan. The Union Health Center (UHC)  is an innovative primary and multi-specialty center focused on providing well-coordinated and accessible healthcare. UHC has been providing care to New Yorkers for over one hundred years, founded by the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) and the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA). UHC was established to provide affordable and comprehensive healthcare to union members and their families, and has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home since 2009.  The Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts is the medical care provider for New York City's entertainment and performing arts community. While working in conjunction with several other PCPs and specialists, as well as administrative staff members, the ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for primary care and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System.  The 34th Street  District is comprised of 31 busy blocks in the heart of Manhattan. It is a working district, with over 100,000 office workers coming in daily.

Mount Sinai Doctors Westchester offers comprehensive care where patients can see a variety of specialties including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and podiatry. The practice is located in a diverse community with access to great public, private, and parochial schools. Westchester offers beautiful neighborhoods and a wonderful quality of life. Additionally, the site has a comprehensive support team, including medical assistants, RNs and techs (lab, echo, radiology).

Mount Sinai Queens Family Health (FHA)
The board certified physicians at Family Health are dedicated to the long-term health and well-being of our neighbors. The medical practice, comprised of primary care physicians and specialists, delivers comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all of a patient s health care needs. We offer a wide range of services for the entire family, including gynecology and midwifery, and pediatrics. In addition to treating sick patients, our doctors focus on preventive medicine, conducting thorough annual physicals and routine screenings to ensure the ongoing health of our patients.

This multi-specialty practice is located at 1441 South Avenue in Staten Island, NY. Staten Island is the southernmost of New York City's 5 boroughs. It is connected to Lower Manhattan via the Staten Island Ferry, which runs across New York Harbor. With easy access to Brooklyn and Central New Jersey, Staten Island is a residential community, with many attractions for families, such as the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Zoo, Botanical Garden, and the Staten Island Children s Museum. MSD Long Island (Huntington):
Joining this multi-specialty group with its main site in a brand new, state-of-the-art, 80,000 square foot ambulatory facility in Huntington, will allow the physician to rapidly grow a practice by servicing a large and diverse patient population in Huntington and other nearby Mount Sinai Doctor sites. Long Island is full of beautiful communities with excellent school districts, art museums, restaurants, and concert venues. Additionally, Manhattan is only a short drive or train ride away. Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island offers comprehensive care through its sites and is comprised of 77 physicians representing almost every medical and surgical specialty. Additionally, this site has a full imaging center, state-of-the-art accredited office endoscopy center, and on-site Laboratory, as well as a comprehensive support team, including RN s and MA s.

Mount Sinai South Nassau seeks a Med-Peds or Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join it s growing department! Recognized for administering personalized comprehensive patient care, innovative educational opportunities for students and residents and a developing research environment, our goal is to develop long-term healing relationships with patients and help them manage their care within an underserved area. The physician will be involved in direct patient care, following a small panel of patients in the outpatient setting of an Adult-Pediatrics clinic. Opportunities exist for physician to serve as a preceptor to residents in the Family Medicine Center, service as the inpatient teaching attending, and be provided with administrative responsibilities which allow for teaching and scholarly activities.

MSD Five Towns:
Mount Sinai Doctors Five Towns is a multispecialty group practice located in the town of Hewlett on the South Shore of Long Island. They offer adult primary care, and a variety of specialties including endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and adolescent medicine and pulmonary medicine. Radiology services are on site. In addition, a team from Mount Sinai s Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute visits regularly to care for patients with liver, kidney, pancreas and intestinal conditions that may require transplant. Mount Sinai Doctors Five Towns offers comprehensive care which consist of highly-trained physicians as well as skilled nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, and patient care associates. This practice provides local and convenient access to the specialists, services, and quality care that the Mount Sinai network has to offer. Our providers work together in an integrated approach to efficiently understand the full picture of a patient s care.

Position Qualifications:

• New York Medical License

Compensation range from 220K to 275K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
