Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston, Virginia, is actively recruiting a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist to join our expanding, patient-centered cancer care team. Position Highlights:

Employed by Sentara Medical Group, a division of Sentara Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit healthcare system.
Collaborate with a well-established team of 2 experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
On-site 10-bed Infusion Center and a fully integrated nurse navigator.
Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient call.
Palliative Care program launching Spring 2025.
Practice located on the hospital campus with a new state-of-the-art hospital opening Summer 2027!

Benefits Highlights:

Annual Base Salary: $540,000 + Productivity Bonus
Quality Incentive Bonus up to $20,000/year
Sign-on and Commencement Bonus
CME Allowance: $5,500/year

Qualifications:

MD or DO with board certification in Hematology/Oncology
