Our program offers an annual shift commitment of 176 shifts, which is below the 50th percentile compared to hospitalist programs nationally and in the Northeast. Shifts worked above this commitment are compensated at a premium rate.

Qualifications:

• Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Strong commitment to medical education and excellence in clinical care.
• Interest in academic medicine, quality improvement, and leadership development is highly desirable.
