Responsibilities & Practice Details:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for patients across the lifespan, from newborns to seniors.
- Collegial group with solid APP support
- Lab and Radiology services provided on-site, located adjacent to one of our Immediate Care Centers
- 14-16 PPD
- Shared call: 1:4 weeks, 6 weekends per year
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, X-rays) to inform diagnoses.
- Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group ensuring continuity of care.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens effectively.
- Provide preventative care services, including screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO and BC/BE in Family Medicine
- NH medical license or working towards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
