Job Description

HNI Healthcare  and Rio Grande Regional Hospital are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician for a Nocturnist role.  Practicing physicians are encouraged to inquire, a highly competitive opportunity.

Program outline:

  • 320 beds, Level III trauma center
  • Rounding/Admitting 6 pm - 6 am (12-hour shifts)
  • 7 on / 7 off schedule
  • No procedures required
  • Open ICU w/ 24 hour Pulmonary & Intensivist coverage support 
  • Premium compensation package, including commencement and quality incentive bonuses, and profit sharing
  • Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice, matching 401k, and more.
